HSG SPORTS is a B2B company based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Since 2011, we have specialized in manufacturing and exporting high-quality custom label sports gear and fitness apparel globally.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you are:

  • A business entity or an authorized representative of one;
  • At least 18 years of age;
  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Orders and Customization

  • Order Requirements: All orders are processed on a made-to-order basis. Customers must provide clear specifications, designs, and labeling requirements.
  • Approval Process: Final designs and specifications will be shared for your approval before production begins. Production will not commence until written approval is received.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQs may apply and will be communicated during the order process.
  • Order Changes: Changes to an order are subject to feasibility and may incur additional costs. Changes are not guaranteed after production has commenced.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes: All prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Terms: A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, Money Gram, credit cards, RIA, and online transfers.
  • Late Payments: Delays in payment may result in production or shipment delays.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the customer upon shipment.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

  • Quality Assurance: We ensure all products meet agreed-upon specifications. Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon arrival.
  • Defects: Any defects or discrepancies must be reported within [insert time frame] of receipt.

  • HSG SPORTS IP: All content on our website, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to HIGH SCOPE GLOBAL and may not be used without our permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary and confidential information exchanged during the business relationship private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HSG SPORTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these Terms or other reasonable grounds.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mutual negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Sialkot, Pakistan.
