Embroidery is a machine-based process that involves digitizing the logo into a file that the machine can understand. This allows the needle and thread to automatically create the design. With heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, your custom logo or design is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure. Typically, this technology has been used for customizing t-shirts , hoodies and, more recently, for the application of “tagless” labels.
